PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or details sent through via email. Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. Please note credit card payments incur a 3.3% merchant fee. If you feel brave enough to email your credit card details rather than phoning them through, spread the card number and expiry date out over 5 emails, and set the number groups out with no reference to credit cards as follows ie. 1234@hotmail.com - this looks like an email address, so all we would require is the emails sent in the correct sequence for your card number. Alternatively credit card payment can be made over the phone by arrangement.
The details we require to process your order are:
The name on the credit card
Your preferred delivery address
Your preferred delivery method – express or standard air mail
Your day time contact number
Credit card number and expiry date
Your speakers serial number
Once these details are in place the job will be placed in the production queue or packed and dispatched if in stock.
Alternatively you may transfer directly from your bank to ours. Please email us if this is your preference and we will send bank account details and the invoice via email.
You may also pay via Paypal to a maximum invoice amount of $1000, please email us to arrange.
Our bank account is operated in AUD$ and therefore deposits to the bank are subject to exchange rates. To keep things fair and easily understood by the majority our invoices are totaled in USD$, and converted at the day rate of the invoice using the web site fxtop.com -that way questions that arise are readily answered using the search-able historic rates data available on the site. To avoid any kind of confusion, please wait for the actual invoice to be sent via email, and then inform us of your chosen payment method.
POSTAGE
All products are sent out fully insured via Australia Post using either Express Post International or Standard Post International. Let us know your preference before requesting a total invoice.
Please note we cannot send out at a reduced insurance value to save on costs. Nobody likes to pay duty on imports, none more than us as we have to import many items to manufacture the ribbon parts. Whilst we understand the irritation of import tax, it doesn’t compare to the experience of devaluing a ribbon parts shipment that subsequently gets damaged or lost in transit, and is then not fully insured for it's true value.
